Navicat Live Support allows you to chat with our support representatives in real time. It is aimed at providing instant support for Sales and Technical enquiries such as pricing, volume discount, licensing, upgrades and product delivery, or enquiries regarding bug reports, problems in execution, etc.

How can we help you?

One of our sales representatives will respond to you within a few minutes during our operating hours. If a representative does not respond within 5 minutes, please contact our sales team here. All enquiries will be answered via email within 12 hours.

Live Support is online but I can't start a chat.

If you see that an operator is available to chat but have problems communicating with us, please ensure that:

  • You’re not using pop-up blocking software.
  • You’re not using Internet filtering software (e.g., Admuncher, Ad-blocker, etc.).
  • You have Cookies and Javascript enabled in your browser.

Can I still get support if Navicat Live Support is offline?

Please leave us your contact information and a message in the contact form and click SendMessage. Your enquiries will be answered via email once the operator is online.

Why I need to submit an email?

In case of a sudden disconnect during the live chat, we can contact you via email to continue the conversation. We would also contact you via this email if you leave an offline message for us. To better assist you, please submit a valid email to us.
