Upgrade Center


Navicat Upgrade Policy
Navicat Upgrade Policy allows customer to obtain software updates free of charge, or upgrade to new release with a discounted price.

Customers can retrieve download information of the version they bought from our upgrade system, and you will never be forced to upgrade. Technical Email Support will be provided no matter which versions of Navicat you’re using.

If a major release is out less than three months after you have purchased the software, you will entitle to receive the upgrade free of charge.



Updates
Updates are minor feature additions, enhancements and fixes, within the same version number, i.e. 8.0, 8.0.2, 8.1 etc. All registered users can receive software updates of the same version which they have purchased free of charge.


Upgrades
Upgrades are major release which functions/features have been changed or added to the software, with a change in the version number, i.e. 6.0, 7.0, 8.0 etc. All registered users can upgrade with a discounted price.


If you have purchased Navicat, you can visit the Navicat Upgrade Center at http://support.navicat.com/upgrade.php and get complete access for the following:

1) Retrieve the download information.
2) Check for Software Updates
3) Upgrade your Navicat to the latest or advanced version.
4) Change your registered email.
5) Print Invoice.
