The PremiumSoft Partner Program
The PremiumSoft Partner Program is developed to identify mutually beneficial business opportunities through partnerships with resellers and technological organizations. PremiumSoft enables partners to distribute/resell, or integrate Navicat award-winning products into an existing solution and make profits from the sales generated.
PremiumSoft partners with many of the world's leading hardware, software and distribution companies. With our products localized into 8 languages and a distribution network of resellers in more than 20 countries, Navicat's global reach is continually expanding.
PremiumSoft provides several distinct levels of cooperation through different partnership programs:
- Navicat Reseller program
Navicat Reseller Program allows partners to generate revenues by selling Navicat as part of their own product catalog offerings or as embedded technology within their own software applications. In some cases, PremiumSoft also offers Partner Bundles that include Navicat products together with applications from our resellers.
If you have your own company, website and want to sell and support Navicat, you should join our Reseller program.

Duties of Reseller:
- Provide sales support to their customers
- List and update Navicat product details on their web site
- Sell and recommend Navicat pro-actively to potential customer
- Navicat OEM Partners
The OEM program is geared towards third party vendors who wish to embed and further leverage Navicat into their applications, hardware or service offerings.

- Software Distribution Partners
In a software distribution partnership, we require our partners to be dedicated to market and sell Navicat with full efforts. We are expecting our Distributors to:
- Meet a pre-assigned sales target
- Appoint at least one dedicated salesperson to handle enquires for Navicat
- Submit to us a quarterly marketing plan
- Proactively carrying out marketing campaigns for the assigned region
- Be prepared to handle localization for the software
