At PremiumSoft, we support Open Source projects by providing Open Source Project Licenses of Navicat. These licenses are free to use by any developers who are working on Open Source projects that meet the Open Source definition, have a dedicated website and a community of supporters.

To obtain a license of Navicat for your open source project you must meet the following criteria and are subject to approval:

1. You are the project lead or a committer
2. You have been working on your open source project for a minimum of 3 months
3. Your open source project has a publicly accessible website.
4. Your project is active and updates are released on a regular basis
5. The project is licensed under a license approved by the Open Source Initiative.
6. The project source code is available for download.

Applications for Navicat Open Source Project Licenses are subject to approval. To apply for the license please complete the form below. Your request will be reviewed and processed within 2 business days.

Once an open source license of Navicat is approved, applicants are required to acknowledge the use of Navicat for their open source project in the project website.
