To obtain a license of Navicat for your open source project, your open source project must meet the following criteria, and is subject to approval:

1. You are the project lead or a committer
2. You have been working on your open source project for a minimum for 3 months
3. Your open source project has a publicly accessible website.
4. Your project is active and updates are released on a regular basis
5. The project is licensed under a license approved by the Open Source Initiative.
6. he project source code is available for download.

Application for Navicat Open Source Project License is subject to approval, to apply for the license, please complete the form below. Your request will be reviewed and processed within 2 working days.

Once an open source license of Navicat is approved, applicants are required to acknowledge the use of Navicat for their open source project in the project website.
